A second rule needs to be defined for VoIP.

This rule will be used for voice packets using the H323 protocol.

To do so proceed as followed:

1Click the New.

You will now be able to add a new rule.

2Set Index to 2.

3Set Name to VoIP2 .

4Set Label to VoIP.

5Set Service to h323.

6Set Source interface to any.

7Set Source IP to any.

8Set Destination IP to any.

9Set State to selected.

10 Click Apply to add the rule to the QoS_user_rules list.

11 click Save All to save the newly added rules.
