POWER THE SPEAKER

Note: If you select Option 1 or Option 2 to connect the transmitter, the audio level will be fixed or variable, depending on your equipment. If you select Option 3, the audio level will be variable.

POWER THE SPEAKER

Select from the following options to power the AW810 speaker:

POWER OPTION 1 – “C” CELL BATTERIES

1.Turn the speaker Power ON-OFF/ Volume Control Knob (C) to the “OFF” position (all the way counter-

clockwise – it will “click” off).

2.Remove the Battery Compartment Cover (E).

3.Insert eight (8) “C” batteries (not included) into the speaker following the polarity (“+” and “–”) as diagrammed in the battery compartment.

4.Replace the Battery Compartment Cover.

POWER OPTION 2 – AC ADAPTER

1.Turn the speaker Power ON-OFF/Volume Control Knob (C) to the “OFF” position (all the way counterclockwise – it will “click” off).

2.Insert the power cord from the Speaker AC Adapter (N) into the Speaker Power Input Jack (D).

3.Plug the Speaker AC Adapter (N) into any standard wall outlet.

Note: Be sure to use the AC

Adapter rated 12V DC 500 mA.
