INSTALLATION

9) Pull off the Hi/Lo gas extension knob to

grip the wrench by the short side.

Also check that the pilot and main burner injectors are appropriate for the gas type.

Attach the label "This unit has been

 

converted to LPG" near or on top of the

 

serial # decal.

Replace yellow "NG" label with red

 

"LPG" label.

20)

Check for gas leaks.

21)

Check inlet and outlet pressures.

22)

Check operation of fl ame control.

11) Insert a 5/32” or 4mm

15)Verify that if the conversion is from NG to LPG, the screw must be re-assem- bled with the red o-ring visible (Fig. 5).
