How to Use

Charging the PG-250

Before using the PG-250 for the first time, it must charge for 14-16 hours.

1.Make sure the groomer is turned off.

2.Connect the cord to the charging base, then into an electrical outlet.

3.Set the groomer into its spot in the charging stand. A green light will come on, indicating the unit is charging.

NOTE: Charge adapter may be plugged directly into the bottom of the groomer or attached underneath the stand.

Charging Cautions

Use only the charging adapter supplied with the groomer.

Charging should be done at tempera- tures between 40° and 95°F, or it could decrease the battery’s life.

In order to preserve the life of the batteries, they should be fully dis- charged every six months and then fully charged for 24 hours.

If the unit is not going to be used for an extended period of time (2-3 weeks) unplug it and fully recharge when you want to use it again.

Remington rechargeable groomers are designed only for cordless operation.

Remington rechargeable groomers are powered by Nickel–Cadmium batteries (see battery removal section for proper disposal of batteries)
