Maintain the Everest printer

- Important! For optimum performance, keep the Everest printer in a clean, dust-free
environment.
To keep the Everest printer operating at optimum performance, you must perform routine
maintenance. Maintenance tasks and frequency are described in the table below.

Maintenance schedule

Change the print ribbon
3-Color Ribbon (CMY)
4-Color Ribbon (CMY+W)
Black Ribbon (monochrome)
After 500 discs
After 375 discs
After 1000 discs
Change the retransfer ribbon PN203474-001 After 500 discs
PN203384-001 After 1000 discs
Clean the print head After 2000 discs (as needed)
Clean the tacky rollers After 2000 discs (as needed)
Clean the air filter As needed
Clean the platen roller As needed
Clean the platen roller if you notice a diminished print
quality, such as white specks, on the printed disc.
