Greek Salad Dressing |

1/2 cup (125 ml) | extra virgin olive oil |
2 tbsp. (30 ml) | red wine vinegar |
1 tbsp. (15 ml) | lemon juice |
1 tsp. (5 ml) | garlic powder |
1/4 tsp. (1 ml) | pepper |
2 tbsp. (30 ml) | dried oregano, crushed |
3/4 tsp.(3.75 ml) | salt |
1 tsp. (5 ml) | dijon mustard |
Pinch | thyme |
Blend all ingredients until well combined. Store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Ceasar Salad Dressing |

1/2 cup (125 ml) | freshly grated Parmesan |
1/4 cup (60 ml) | olive oil |
1/4 cup (60 ml) | vegetable oil |
1/4 cup (60 ml) | lemon juice |
2 | garlic cloves |
1 tsp. (5 ml) | worcestershire sauce |
Salt to taste |

Pepper to taste |

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Seaosn with salt and pepper to taste. Store in fridge for up to 2 days.
