Dehumidifying Operation

The dehumidifying function of the Samsung air conditioner keeps an enclosed space dry and comfortable.

Dry mode

Use the Dry mode in rainy or humid weather.

NOTE

•The lower the set temperature is, the greater the dehumidifying capacity is. When the current humidity seems to be high, adjust the set temperature to a low temperature.

•You cannot use the Dry mode for heating. The Dry mode is designed to produce a cooling side-effect.

Air Purifying Operation

The air purification function of the Samsung air conditioner keeps the air in an enclosed space purified.

Virus doctor function

Use the Virus doctor function to purify your room with positive ions produced by the air conditioner. This function is available in the Auto, Dry, Fan, and Heat modes.

NOTE

•When the Virus doctor function starts, the Virus doctor lamp turns on automatically.

•You can adjust the set temperature, except for in the Fan mode.

•When the Virus doctor function is additionally selected while a specific mode is running, there is little difference in electricity consumption and operating noise.
