Rješavanje problema

Prije zahtjeva za servisom provjerite sljedeće.

Daljinskim upravljačem ne može se provesti

• Provjerite baterije u daljinskom upravljaču. Možda ih je potrebno zamijeniti.

Disk se ne reproducira.

• Provjerite je li disk umetnut stranom s naljepnicom okrenutom prema gore.

•Provjerite regionalni broj Blu-ray diska ili DVD-a.

Ne pojavljuje se izbornik diska.• Provjerite nalaze li se na disku izbornici diska.

Na zaslonu se pojavljuje poruka zabrane.

• Ova poruka pojavljuje se kada pritisnete nevaljanu tipku.

 

• Softver Blu-ray diska/DVD-a ne podržava značajku (npr. kutove).

 

• Zatražili ste naslov ili broj poglavlja ili vrijeme traženja koje je izvan raspona.

•Nakon vraćanja na tvorničke postavke brišu se svi korisnički spremljeni BD podaci.
