\\ Hvis TV-apparatet du koblet til produktet ikke støtter filmbilder, eller den valgte oppløsningen, vil meldingen "Hvis det ikke vises noen bilder etter at du har valgt Ja, venter du i 15 sekunder før du returnerer til forrige oppløsning.Vil du endre oppløsningen?" vises. Hvis du velger Ja, vil skjermen på TV-apparatet bli svart i 15 sekunder før oppløsningen går tilbake til den forrige oppløsningen automatisk.

\\ Hvis skjermen blir blank etter at du har endret oppløsning, må du ta ut alle plater og deretter holde knappen @i toppen av spilleren inne i mer enn 5 sekunder. Initialiseringsmeldingen vises på skjermen, og strømmen slår seg av automatisk. Når du slår produktet på igjen vil alle innstillingene være tilbakestilt. Kjører startinnstillinger-prosedyren på nytt. Deretter går du til Innst. > Skjerm > Oppløsning i menyen og velger riktig oppløsning for TV-apparatet ditt.

\\ Når fabrikkinnstillingen gjenopprettes, vil alle brukerdata lagret i BD-minnet bli slettet. \\ Blu-ray-platen må ha funksjonen 24 rammer for å kunne bruke Filmbilde (24 Fs).
