\\ Om den anslutna TV:n inte stöder Filmram eller vald upplösning visas meddelandet "Om inga bilder visas efter att du har valt “Ja” väntar du i 15 sekunder och återgår till den tidigare upplösningen.Vill du byta upplösning?". Om du väljer Ja blir TV- skärmen tom i 15 sekunder och sedan återgår upplösningen automatiskt till den tidigare upplösningen.

\\ Om skärmen blir tom efter att du har ändrat upplösning ska du ta bort alla skivor och sedan trycka och hålla in knappen @ på spelarens framsida i mer än 5 sekunder. Initieringsmeddelandet visas på skärmen och strömmen stängs av automatiskt. När du slår på produkten igen är alla inställningar återställda. Kör grundinställningarna igen. Gå sedan till Inställn. > Visning > Upplösning på menyn och välj rätt upplösning för TV:n.

\\ När du kör grundinställningarna ska du bara välja om språk och bildförhållande (skärmstorlek och -format). Återställningen påverkar inte dina nätverksinställningar, så du ska kunna hoppa över nätverksinställningar och programuppdatering.

\\ När inställningarna återställs till fabriksstandard raderas alla användar-BD-data i minnet.

\\ Blu-ray-skivan måste ha funktionen för 24 ramar för att användas i läget för Filmram (24Fs).
