\\ Ako televizor koji ste povezali s playerom ne podržava značajku Filmski kadar ili razlučivost koju ste odabrali, prikazuje se poruka "Ako se nakon odabira 'Da' ne prikazuju slike, pričekajte 15 sekundi za povratak na prethodnu razlučivost.Želite li promijeniti razlučivost?". Ako odaberete Da, zaslon televizora će postati crn na 15 sekundi, a zatim će se razlučivost automatski vratiti na prethodnu razlučivost.

\\ Ako zaslon ostane prazan nakon što promijenite razlučivost, uklonite sve diskove, a zatim pritisnite i zadržite gumb @ na prednjoj strani playera dulje od 5 sekundi. Na zaslonu se otvara poruka inicijalizacije na zaslonu i napajanje se automatski isključuje. Kada ponovno uključite proizvod, sve će se postavke ponovno postaviti. Ponovno pokrenute postupak početnih postavki. Zatim idite na Postavke > Slika > Razolucija u izborniku i odaberite točnu razlučivost za televizor.

\\ Kada pokrenete postupak početnih postavki, ponovno odaberite samo jezik i omjer (veličina i format zaslona). Ponovno postavljanje ne utječe na mrežne postavke, pa biste mogli preskočiti postavljanje mreže i nadogradnju softvera.

\\ Nakon vraćanja tvorničkih postavki brišu se svi korisnički spremljeni BD podaci.

\\ Blu-ray disk mora imati značajku 24 kadra kako bi player mogao koristiti način rada Filmski kadar (24Fs).
