Kad je aktivirano, operaterima Samsungovog pozivnog centra omogućava udaljeno dijagnosticiranje i rješavanje problema s proizvodom. Potrebna je aktivna internetska veza.

\\ Za uporabu daljinskog upravljanja:

1)Za daljinsku podršku obratite se pozivnom centru tvrtke Samsung.

2)Otvorite izbornik reproduktora na svom televizoru i prijeđite u odjeljak Podrška.

3)Odaberite Daljinsko upravljanje, a zatim pročitajte

iprihvatite ugovore o uslugama. Kada se pojavi zaslon PIN, agentu dajte PIN broj.

4)Agent pristupa Vašem reproduktoru.

Ažuriranje softvera

Izbornik Ažuriranje softvera omogućuje nadogradnju softvera proizvoda radi poboljšanja rada ili dodatnih usluga.

Sadržava kontaktne podatke za pomoć u vezi s uporabom playera.

Sve postavke, osim mrežnih i Smart Hub postavki, vraća na zadane vrijednosti i pokreće funkciju Postavljanje. Za uporabu morate unijeti sigurnosni PIN. Zadani sigurnosni PIN je 0000.

Mreže i internet

Kada ovaj player povežete s mrežom, putem mrežne veze možete se koristiti mrežnim aplikacijama i funkcijama, primjerice Smart Hub i BD-LIVE te nadograditi softver playera. Ostale informacije o pristupanju internetskim uslugama i njihovoj uporabi možete pronaći u poglavlju Mrežne usluge u ovom priručniku na stranicama 37~45. Upute za konfiguriranje mrežne veze navedene su u nastavku.

Konfiguriranje mrežne veze

Prije početka obratite se svom davatelju internetskih usluga te saznajte imate li statičku ili dinamičku IP adresu. Ako je dinamička, a vi imate žičanu ili bežičnu mrežu, preporučujemo primjenu postupaka automatske konfiguracije opisanih u nastavku.

Ako se spajate na žičanu mrežu, povežite player s usmjerivačem pomoću LAN kabela prije početka postupka konfiguracije.

Ako se spajate na bežičnu mrežu, prije početka odspojite sve žičane mrežne veze.

Da biste počeli konfigurirati mrežnu vezu, slijedite ove korake:

1.Na početnom izborniku odaberite Postavke, a zatim pritisnite tipku v.

2.Odaberite Mreža, a zatim pritisnite tipku v.

3.Odaberite Postavke mreže, a zatim pritisnite tipku v.

4.Odaberite Kabelska TV na zaslonu Postavke mreže, a zatim pritisnite tipku v.

5.Odaberite tipku Poveži, a zatim pritisnite tipku v. Proizvod prepoznaje žičanu vezu, potvrđuje je i spaja se na mrežu.
