Kada se aktivira, omogućava osoblju Samsung pozivnog centra da daljinski postavi dijagnozu i otkloni probleme sa proizvodom. Zahteva aktivnu vezu sa Internetom.

\\ Korišćenje daljinskog upravljanja:

1)Pozovite Samsungov Kontakt centar i zatražite podršku na daljinu.

2)Otvorite meni plejera na vašem televizoru i pređite na odeljak za podršku.

3)Izaberite daljinsko upravljanje, a zatim pročitajte i prihvatite ugovore o servisu. Kada se pojavi ekran za unos PIN-a, obezbedite PIN broj agentu.

4)Agent pristupa vašem plejeru.

Ažuriranje softvera

Meni za ažuriranje softvera vam omogućava da nadogradite softver proizvoda radi poboljšanja performansi ili dodatnih usluga.

Reset

Resetuje sve postavke na zadane vrednosti, osim postavki za mrežu i Smart Hub, a zatim pokreće funkciju podešavanja. Da biste to koristili, morate uneti bezbednosni PIN. Podrazumevani bezbednosni PIN je 0000.

Mreže i Internet

Konfigurisanje mrežne veze

Pre nego što počnete, kontaktirajte svog dobavljača Internet usluga da biste saznali da li je vaša IP adresa statička ili dinamička.
