1. Coupler, tob e placed correctly over the motor shaft in the
base of the oven.
Purpose: The coupler rotates the turntable.
2. Roller ring,tobeplacedinthecentreoftheoven.
Purpose: The roller ring supportsthe turntable.
3. turntable,tobeplacedontherollerringwiththecentre
fitting on to the coupler.
Purpose: The turntable serves as the main cooking
surface; itcan be easily removed for cleaning.
4. Metal racks (Highrack,Lowrack),tobeplacedonthe
turntable.
Purpose: The metal racks can be used to cook two
dishes at the same time. A small dish may be
placed on the turntable and a second dish on
the rack. The metal racks can be usedin g rill,
convection and combination cooking.
5. Roastingspit, Coupler Barbecue and Skewer,tobe
placed in the glass bowl (C100B/C100F/C101B/C101F
only).
Purpose: The roasting spit is a convenientway of
barbecuing a chicken, as the meat does not
have to be turnedover. It can be used for grill
combination cooking.
6. Glass bowl,tobeplacedontheturntable(C100B/C100F/
C101B/C101F only).
Purpose: Roasting standis placed on the glass bowl.
7. Crusting plate,tobeplacedontheturntable(C100T/
C100F/C101T/C101F only).
Purpose: The crustingplate is used to brown food better
in the microwave or grill combination cooking
modes and to keep pastry and pizza dough
crisp.
