8.Indica lo stato di comunicazione tra il MDC e il monitor. Gli stati possibili sono “Busy” (occupato) quando

èinstaurata la comunicazione e “Idle” (inattivo) quando non vi è comunicazione.

La funzione di attivazione/disattivazione del controllo remoto funziona indipendentemente dallo stato acceso/spento, ed è applicata a tutti i monitor collegati al MDC. Tuttavia, indipendentemente dallo stato alla chiusura dell’applicazione MDC, la funzione di ricezione del segnale di controllo remoto di tutti i monitor viene inizializzata a Enable (attiva) quando l’applicazione MDC viene chiusa.

3. Inizio – Impostazione della porta

1.L’applicazione MDC utilizza solo "Com1". La caratteristica di controllo non funziona con una qualsiasi altra porta.

2.Per controllare quale porta è installata, aprire Pannello di controllo > Sistema > Hardware > Gestione periferiche > Porte.

3.Se la porta installata è Com2, cambiarla in Com1 in Windows 2000 (vedere prossimo capitolo). Per tutti gli altri sistemi operativi, il cambiamento può essere effettuato mediante la configurazione del BIOS del PC.

4.Chiudere il programma. La guida accessibile dal menu fornisce le indicazioni necessarie a utilizzare il programma e le informazioni generali.
