Når et program med “Engangskopiering” er spilt inn,

kan det ikke spilles inn mer.

-Innholdsbeskyttelse for innspillbare medier (CPRM) CPRM er en funksjon som binder en innspilling til mediet den er innspilt på. Det støttes av noen HDD og DVD-opptakere, men ikke av mange DVD-spillere. Hver tomme innspillbare DVD har en unik 64-bitersmedie-ID etset inn i BCA. Når beskyttet innhold spilles inn på platen, kan det krypteres med et 56-bitersC2-siffer (Cryptomeria) avledet fra medie-IDen.

Under avspilling blir ID-en lest fra BCA og brukt til å generere en nøkkel for å dekryptere innholdet på platen. Hvis innholdet på platen kopieres til andre medier, vil ID-en ikke bli funnet eller være feil slik at dataene ikke kan dekrypteres.

Spille inn TV-programmet du ser på

Kontroller at platen har tilstrekkelig ledig plass til innspillingen. Velg innspillingsmodus.

Trykk på HDD eller DVD.

1 Hvis du velger DVD, trykker du på OPEN/CLOSE- knappen, og legger en innspillbar plate i plateskuffen. Lukk plateskuffen ved å trykke på OPEN/CLOSE- knappen.

Vent til LOAD forsvinner fra frontpanelet.

Hvis en ubrukt DVD-RAM-plate settes inn, blir du bedt

om å formatere den først. Velg ved hjelp av œ √- knappene, og trykk deretter på OK-knappen. (Se side 78).
