4.1.11disregard of manufacturer’s and/or operating instructions;

4.1.12damage resulting from pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices travelling at sonic or supersonic speeds;

4.2A replacement or repair will not be provided if:

4.2.1Orange has reason to believe you have made a fraudulent claim;

4.2.2you do not make reasonable efforts to recover any lost or stolen items;

4.2.3the phone is not registered and connected to the Orange network in your name;

4.2.4at the time of loss, theft or damage the phone was not being used or in the possession of you or an authorised user.

5 premium payment

Insurance cover will cease if any premium is not paid on the due date unless such delay is due to a processing error by any clearing bank or similar. Your phone will not be replaced or repaired if any sum is due by you to Orange.
