Si un PC (Windows 98) ne répond plus lorsque l’appareil photo et le PC sont connectés de manière répétée

Si un PC (Windows 98) est allumé un long moment et que l’appareil photo est connecté de manière répétée, il se peut que le PC ne le reconnaisse pas. Dans ce cas, redémarrez le PC.

Si un PC connecté avec l’appareil photo ne répond plus lors du démarrage de Windows. Dans ce cas, débranchez le PC et l’appareil photo et Windows démarre.

Si le problème se répète continuellement, paramétrez Legacy USB Support sur désactiver et redémarrez le PC. Legacy USB Support se trouve dans le menu de paramétrage du BIOS. (Le menu de paramétrage du BIOS est différent selon les fabricants et certains menus BIOS n’ont pas l’option Legacy USB Support) Si vous ne parvenez pas à changer le menu vous même, contactez le fabricant du PC ou du BIOS.

Si vous ne pouvez pas supprimer le clip vidéo, extraire le disque amovible ou si un message d’erreur s’affiche lors du transfert du fichier.

Si vous installez uniquement Digimax Viewer, les problèmes mentionnés ci-dessus peuvent se produire occasionnellement.

-Fermez le programme Digimax Viewer en cliquant sur l’icône Digimax Viewer dans la barre des tâches.

-Installez tous les programmes d’application qui se trouvent sur le CD du logiciel. (Vous devez installer le codec du clip vidéo)
