Ευαισθησία ISO

Ηευαισθησία της φωτογραφικής μηχανής στο φως, με βάση την ισοδύναμη ταχύτητα φιλμ που χρησιμοποιείται σε φωτογραφική μηχανή που λειτουργεί με φιλμ. Σε ρυθμίσεις υψηλότερης ευαισθησίας ISO, η φωτογραφική μηχανή χρησιμοποιεί υψηλότερη ταχύτητα κλείστρου, που μπορεί να μειώσει το θόλωμα που προκαλείται από κούνημα της μηχανής και χαμηλό φωτισμό. Πρόκειται για ένα γενικό ζουμ που μπορεί να μεγεθύνει εικόνες με ένα φακό και δεν υποβαθμίζει την ποιότητα των εικόνων.

Ποιότητα

Μία έκφραση του ρυθμού συμπίεσης που χρησιμοποιείται σε μια ψηφιακή εικόνα. Οι εικόνες υψηλότερης ποιότητας έχουν μικρότερο ρυθμό συμπίεσης, με αποτέλεσμα συνήθως μεγαλύτερο μέγεθος αρχείου.

Ανάλυση

Οαριθμός pixel που υπάρχουν σε μια ψηφιακή εικόνα. Οι εικόνες υψηλής ανάλυσης περιλαμβάνουν περισσότερα pixel και συνήθως δείχνουν περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες από τις εικόνες χαμηλής ανάλυσης.
