SD/SDHC atminties kortelėje yra apsaugos nuo įrašymo jungiklis, kuris neleidžia ištrinti reikmenų ir formuoti kortelės. Pastūmus SD/SDHC atminties kortelės jungiklį žemyn duomenys bus apsaugoti – jų bus neįmanoma ištrinti. Pastūmus SD/SDHC atminties kortelės jungiklį aukštyn duomenų apsauga atšaukiama.

Prieš pradėdami fotografuoti pastumkite SD/SDHC kortelės jungiklį aukštyn.

1 GB SD tipo kortelėje telpa toliau lentelėje nurodytas nuotraukų skaičius. Šie rodikliai yra apytikslūs, nes jiems turi įtakos tam tikri kintamieji veiksniai, pvz., subjektyvūs dalykai ir atminties kortelės tipas.
