Laisvos vietos atmintinėje dydis gali skirtis, tai priklauso nuo fotografavimo sąlygų ir fotoaparato nuostatų.

Esant prastam apšvietimui, kai blykstė išjungta, išrinkta lėto sinchronizavimo arba DIS veiksena, skystųjų kristalų ekrane gali būti rodomas fotoaparato sudrebinimo perspėjamasis indikatorius ( Ã). Tokiu atveju rekomenduojama naudotis trikoju, padėti fotoaparatą ant stabilaus paviršiaus arba įjungti blykstės veikseną.

Šviesos šaltinio fotografavimas: Fotografuoti geriausia saulei esant fone (už nugaros). Fotografuojant prieš saulę nuotraukos gali išeiti tamsios. Norint fotografuoti prieš šviesą, rekomenduojama naudotis scenų režimo foninio apšvietimo parinktimi [Foninis apšviet.] (žr. 24 psl.), papildoma blykste (žr. 32 psl.), taškiniu matavimu (žr. 43 psl.), ekspozicijos kompensavimu (žr. 38 psl.) arba ACB funkcija (žr. 46 psl.).

Fotografuodami stenkitės netrukdyti objektyvui judėti, o blykstei – apšviesti vaizdą.

Vaizdą kadruokite naudodamiesi SKE monitoriumi.

Tam tikrais atvejais automatinio fokusavimo sistema gali neveikti taip, kaip tikimasi.

-Kai fotografuojamas mažo kontrasto objektas.

-Kai objektas intensyviai atspindi šviesą arba yra šviesus.

-Kai objektas juda dideliu greičiu.

-Kai atspindima daug šviesos arba fonas labai šviesus.

-Kai objektas horizontaliai arba vertikaliai yra labai plonas (pvz., lenta ar vėliavos stiebas).

-Kai tamsu.
