Caso 6 Cuando abro el Administrador de dispositivos (haciendo clic en Inicio

→ (Configuración) → Panel de control → (Rendimiento y mantenimiento) → Sistema → (Hardware) → Administrador de dispositivos), hay entradas Dispositivos desconocidos u Otros dispositivos con un interrogante amarillo (?) al lado o dispositivos con una exclamación (!) al lado.

→Haga clic con el botón derecho en la entrada con el signo de interrogación (?) o exclamación (!) y seleccione "Quitar". Reinicie el PC y conecte la cámara de nuevo. Para un PC con Windows 98, quite también el controlador de la cámara, reinicie el PC y vuelva a instalar ese controlador

Caso 7 En algunos programas de seguridad (Norton Anti Virus, V3, etc.), el ordenador quizá no reconozca la cámara como disco extraíble.

→Detenga los programas de seguridad y conecte la cámara al ordenador. Consulte las instrucciones del programa de seguridad para saber cómo detener el programa.

Caso8

Se conecta la cámara al puerto USB situado en la parte frontal del

 

ordenador.

→Cuando se conecta la cámara al puerto USB situado en la parte frontal del ordenador, éste quizá no la reconozca. Conecte la cámara al puerto USB situado en la parte posterior del ordenador.

■Instale el códec como se enumera abajo.

※Si la imagen en movimiento que grabó la cámara no se reproduce en el ordenador, la causa suele ser el códec instalado en el ordenador.

●Si no se ha instalado un códec para reproducir la imagen en movimiento → Instale el códec como se enumera abajo.

[Instalación de un códec para Windows ]

1)Inserte el CD suministrado con la cámara.

2)Ejecute el Explorador de Windows, seleccione la carpeta [Unidad de CD- ROM:\XviD] y haga clic en el archivo XviD-1.1.0-30122005.exe

1)Inserte el CD suministrado con la cámara

2)Ejecute el Explorador de Windows, seleccione la carpeta [Unidad de CD- ROM:\ USB Driver\DirectX 9.0] y haga clic en el archivo DXSETUP.exe. Se instalará DirectX. Visite el siguiente sitio para descargar DirectX. http://www.microsoft.com/directx
