Je-li připojení pomocí rozhraní USB nefunkční, prostudujte si následující informace.

Případ 1 Kabel USB není připojen nebo se nejedná o kabel USB určený pro tento fotoaparát.

→Připojte správný kabel USB.

Případ 2 Počítač nemůže fotoaparát rozpoznat.

V některých případech se fotoaparát ve Správci zařízení zobrazuje jako [Neznámé zařízení].

→Proveďte řádnou instalaci ovladače fotoaparátu.

Vypněte fotoaparát, odpojte kabel USB, znovu jej připojte a zapněte fotoaparát.

Případ 3 Během přenosu souborů došlo k neočekávané chybě.

→Vypněte fotoaparát a znovu jej zapněte. Opakujte přenos souboru.

Případ 4 Při použití rozbočovače USB

→Není-li rozbočovač USB kompatibilní s počítačem, může nastat problém s připojením fotoaparátu k počítači prostřednictvím rozbočovače. Je-li to možné, připojujte fotoaparát k počítači přímo.

Případ 5 Případ 5 Jsou k počítači připojeny také jiná USB zařízení?

→Fotoaparát nemusí správně fungovat, pokud je současně k počítači připojeno i jiné USB zařízení. V takovém případě odpojte ostatní USB zařízení a připojte pouze fotoaparát.

Případ 6 Když spustíte Správce zařízení (klepnutím na položky Start → (Nastavení) → Ovládací panely → (Výkon a údržba) → Systém → (Hardware) → Správce zařízení), objeví se zde položky “Neznámé zařízení” nebo “Jiné zařízení” se žlutým otazníkem (?) nebo vykřičníkem (!).

→Pravým tlačítkem myši klepněte na otazník (?) nebo vykřičník

(!) a vyberte příkaz “Odinstalovat”. Restartujte počítač a znovu připojte fotoaparát. V systému Windows 98SE odinstalujte ovladač fotoaparátu, restartujte počítač a znovu ovladač fotoaparátu nainstalujte.

Případ 7 Při použití některých antivirových programů (Norton Anti Virus, V3, apod.) nemusí počítač rozpoznat fotoaparát jako vyměnitelný disk.

→Zastavte činnost antivirových programů a připojte fotoaparát k počítači. Podrobnosti naleznete v pokynech k antivirovým programům, kde jsou uvedeny informace o tom, jak dočasně zastavit jejich činnost.

Případ 8 Fotoaparát je připojen k portu USB počítače, který je umístěn na přední straně počítače.

→Je-li fotoaparát připojen k čelnímu portu USB, nemusí jej počítač správně rozpoznat. Připojte fotoaparát k portu USB umístěnému na zadní straně počítače.
