Controllare quanto segue se si verificano malfunzionamenti nel collegamento USB.

Caso 1

Il cavo USB non è collegato oppure non è quello in dotazione.

 

ο Collegare il cavo USB in dotazione.

Caso 2

Il PC non riconsce la fotocamera. Talvolta la fotocamera appare

 

sotto il nome [Dispositivi sconosciuti] nella Gestione Dispositivi.

οInstallare correttamente il driver della fotocamera.Spegnere la fotocamera, scollegare il cavo USB, reinserirlo nuovamente e accendere la fotocamera.

Caso 3

Vi è un errore imprevisto durante il trasferimento dei file.

 

οSpegnere e riaccendere la fotocamera. Trasferire nuovamente il

 

file.

Caso 4

Quando si usa l'hub USB.

οVi potrebbe essere un problema di connessione della fotocamera al PC attraverso l'hub USB se il PC e l'hub non sono compatibili. Quando è possibile, collegare direttamente la fotocamera al PC.

Caso 5

Vi sono altri cavi USB collegati al PC?

οLa fotocamera potrebbe essere soggetta a malfunzionamenti quanto oltre ad essa, vi è un altro cavo USB connesso al PC. In questo caso, scollegare l'altro cavo USB e collegare solo un cavo USB alla fotocamera.

Quando apro la Gestione Dispositivi (cliccando Start (Impostazio-

 

ni) Pannello di controllo (Performance e manutenzione) Sistema

 

(Hardware) Gestione Dispositivi) vi sono Dispositivi sconosciuti e

 

Altri dispositivi indicati con un punto interrogativo(?) giallo o con

 

un punto esclamativo(!).

οCliccare con il tasto destro sull'elemento con il punto interrogativo

(?)o esclamativo (!) e selezionare “Rimuovi”. Riavviare il PC e ricollegare la fotocamera. Per PC con Windows 98SE, rimuovere anche il driver della fotocamera, riavviare il PC e reinstallare il driver della fotocamera.

Caso 7

In alcuni programma di sicurezza (Norton Anti Virus, V3, ecc.) il

 

computer potrebbe non riconoscere la fotocamera come disco

 

rimovibile.

 

οInterrompere i programmi di sicurezza e collegare la fotocamera

 

al computer. Fare riferimento alle istruzioni del programma di

 

sicurezza per disattivare temporaneamente il programma.

Caso 8

La fotocamera è collegata alla porta USB nella parte anteriore del

 

computer.

 

ο Quando la fotocamera è collegata alla porta USB sulla parte

 

anteriore del computer, il computer potrebbe non riconoscerla.
