Quando non il filmato non viene riprodotto sul PC

KQuando il filmato registrato sulla fotocamera non viene riprodotto sul PC, il problema è riconducibile al codec installato sul PC.

1)Insererire il Cd in dotazione

2)Lanciare Windows explorer e selezionare la cartella [Unità CD-ROM :\ USB Driver\DirectX 9.0] e cliccare il file DXSETUP.exe.DirectX verrà installato. Visitare il seguente sito per scaricare DirectX. http://www. microsoft.com/directx

„Se un PC (con Windows 98SE) non risponde quando si collega la fotocamera ripetutamente

ο Se un PC (Windows 98SE) è acceso da lungo tempo e la fotocamera viene ripetutamente collegata, il PC potrebbe non riconoscerla. In questo caso, riavviare il PC.

„Se un PC collegato alla fotocamera smette di rispondere durante l'avvio di Windows.

οIn questo caso, scollegare il PC e la fotocamera. Windows si avvierà. Se il problema si ripete, disattivare il supporto USB Legacy e riavviare il PC. Il supporto USB Legacy si trova nel menu di installazione BIOS. (Il menu di installazione BIOS è diverso secondo le case produttrici di PC e alcuni menu BIOS non hanno il supporto USB Legacy) Se non è possibile modificare il menu autonomamente, contattare il produttore del PC o di BIOS.

„Se il filmato non può essere eliminato o il disco rimovibile non può essere estratto o un messaggio di errore compare durante il trasferimento dei file.

οInstallando unicamente Samsung Master, di tanto in tanto si verificano i problemi indicati.

-Chiudere il programma Samsung Master cliccando l'icona Samsung Master sulla barra delle applicazioni.

-Installare tutti i programmi contenuti del CD del software.
