Who bent my camera?

Datorspecifikationen, installerade koder och program är det främsta orsaken till konverteringsfel. När ett konverteringsfel inträffar, kontrollera följande.

– Några codecs som är kompatibla med filerna blev inte

installerade eller installerades felaktigt. I detta fall, hitta

en kompatibel codec och installera den. Om du inte hittar

några kompatibla codecs, installera en multi-codec.

Innan du konverterar en multimedia-fil, kontrollera huruvida den kan spelas upp korrekt på Windows Media Player.

De konverterade filerna sparas som filtypen *.sdc, vilken kan spelas upp på Windows Mediaspelare.

Samsung Converter stöder inte alla codecs. Om en konverterad multimediafil inte kan spelas upp på Windows Mediaspelare, installera en multicodec (Vi rekommenderar en full version av den senaste K-Lite Codecen). Installera Samsung Converter igen efter att ha installerat multi-codecen.

Du kan välja destinationsmapp för varje konverterad fil. När mappen inte är vald sparas de konverterade filerna under en mapp där källfilen finns.

Om du konverterar flera filer på samma gång kan datorn ev. gå långsamt, därför att den har begränsad processorkapacitet. I sådana fall, ge de aktuella filerna till programmet en i taget.

– Om du installerade diverse multi-codecs på din dator, kan

detta orsaka konverteringsproblem. I sådana fall, ta bort alla

codecs och installera en riktig multi-codec.

– Installera den senaste Windows Mediaspelaren.

– Besök tillverkarens website för aktuell enhet (dator,

grafikkort, ljudkort) och uppgradera dem till senaste version.

Vissa typer av multimedia-filer blir inte konverterade. Om de konverterade media-filerna är skadade, kan de ev. inte spelas upp på kameran. Ovanliga filtyper kan inte konverteras. Ljud och motiv kanske inte synkroniserar.

Den förväntatde filstorleken efter konvertering av en media-fil kan variera. Det beror på det datorsystem som du använder.

Överföring av den konverterade filen till en flyttbar disk är tidsödande. Det kan ta lång tid. Varaktigheten beror på filstorleken.

Använd inte PMP-läget medan du kör. Det kan skapa trafikfara.

En fil som inte stöder snabbsökning i Windows Mediaspelaren kan man inte välja konverteringsområde och delad filstorlek för.
