Kas arvutiga on ühendatud muid USB-kaableid?

Fotoaparaat võib tõrkuda, kui see on ühendatud arvutiga samal ajal kui mõni teine USB-kaabel. Sel juhul lahutage muud USB-kaablid ja ühendage üks järelejäänud kaabel kaameraga.

Juhtum 6

Kui avada Device Manager (klõpsata üksusi Start (Settings) (Sätted) Control Panel (Juhtpaneel) (Performance and Maintenance (Tööprotsess ja hooldus)) System (Süsteem) (Hardware) (Riistvara) Device Manager), siis on seal üksused Unknown Devices (Tundmatud seadmed) või Other Devices (Muud seadmed), mille kõrval on kollane küsimärk (?) või hüüumärk (!).

Klõpsake parema hiireklahviga küsimärgile (?) või hüüumärgile (!) ning valige “Remove" (Eemalda). Taaskäivitage arvuti ja ühendage fotoaparaat uuesti.

Juhtum 7

Mõne viirusetõrjeprogrammiga (Norton Anti Virus, V3 jne) ei pruugi arvuti kaamerat irdkettana tuvastada.

Peatage viirusetõrjeprogrammid ning ühendage fotoaparaat arvutiga. Vaadake viirusetõrjeprogrammi juhendist, kuidas programmi ajutiselt blokeerida.

Juhtum 8

Kaamera on ühendatud USB-pesaga, mis asub arvuti esiküljel.

Kui fotoaparaat on ühendatud arvuti esiküljel asuva USB-pordiga, ei pruugi arvuti fotoaparaati ära tunda. Ühendage kaamera USB- pesaga, mis asub arvuti tagaküljel.
