Installige DirectX 9.0C või uuem versioon

1)Sisestage CD-draivi kaameraga kaasasolnud CD-plaat.

2)Käivitage Windows Explorer ja valige kaust [CD-ROM drive:\DirectX] ning klõpsake faili DXSETUP.exe. DirectX installitakse. DirectX allalaadimiseks minge veebilehele http://www.microsoft.com/directx

Kui kaameraga ühendatud arvuti Windowsi käivitumise ajal enam ei reageeri

Sellisel juhul ühendage arvuti ja fotoaparaat lahti ning Windows käivitub. Kui probleem kordub pidevalt, blokeerige USB pärandtugi ja taaskäivitage arvuti. USB pärandtugi asub BIOS seadistusmenüüs. (BIOS-e seadistusmenüü on erinevatel arvutitootjatel erinev; mõnedes BIOS-e menüüdes Legacy USB Support puudub). Kui te ei oska menüüd ise muuta, pöörduge arvuti või BIOS-e tootja poole.

Kui filmiklippi ei saa kustutada või irdketast ekstraktida või faili edastamise ajal kuvatakse tõrketeade.

Kui installite ainult SAMSUNG Masteri, võivad ülalnimetatud probleemid esineda.

–Sulgege SAMSUNG Master, klõpsates tegumiribal ikooni [SAMSUNG Master].

–Installige kõik rakendusprogrammid, mis on tarkvara-CD-l.
