Blitz

Lys er et af de vigtigste komponenter når du tager billeder. Det er dog ikke let at have en tilstrækkelig lysmængde til enhver tid og hvor som helst. Brug af blitz gør det muligt at optimere lysforholdene og oprette flere forskellige effekter.

Blitz, også kendt som strobelys eller hurtigaktiveret lys, hjælper med at skabe tilstrækkelig eksponering under forhold med lav belysning. Det er ligeledes anvendeligt i situationer med meget lys. Blitz kan f.eks. bruges til at kompensere for eksponeringen for et motivs skygge eller til klart at tage billede både af motivet og baggrunden under forhold med modlys.

Guidenummer for blitz

Modelnummeret for en blitz henviser til blitzens effekt, og den maksimale mængde af det genererede lys repræsenteres af en værdi, der kaldes for et "guidenummer". Jo større guidenummer, jo mere lys udsendes der fra blitzen. Guidenummeret findes ved at gange afstanden fra blitzen til motivet med blændeværdien, når ISO-følsomheden er sat til 100.

Guidenummer = Afstand fra blitz til motiv x blændeværdi

Blændeværdi = Guidenummer/afstand fra blitz til motiv

Afstand fra blitz til motiv = Guidenummer/blændeværdi

Hvis du kender blitzens ledetal, kan du beregne en optimal blitz til motivafstanden, når du indstiller blitzen manuelt. Hvis f.eks. en blitz har et ledetal på 20 og er 4 meter væk fra motivet, er den optimale blændeværdi F5.0.
