•Nulstil: Efter nulstillingsfunktionen er blevet brugt, startes det næste filnavn ved 0001.

•Serie*: De nye filnumre fortsættes efter den eksisterende nummersekvens, også selv om du har installeret et nyt hukommeleskort, formateret kortet eller slettet alle billeder.

•Det første mappenavn er 100PHOTO, hvis du har

valgt sRGB-farveområde og standard filnavn, er det første filnavn SAM_0001.

•Filnavnenes numre øges med 1 fra SAM_0001 til SAM_9999.

•Mappenumre øges med 1 fra 100PHOTO til 999PHOTO.

•Du kan maksimalt lagre 9.999 filer i én mappe.

•Filnumre tildeles i henhold til DCF-specifikationerne (Design rule for Camera File system).

•Hvis du ændrer et filnavn (f.eks. på en computer), vil kameraet ikke være i stand til at vise filen.
