Kaks lihtsalt pildistamisržiimi—Automaatne ja Nutikas režiim— võimaldavad jäädvustada fotosid mitmete automaatsete sätetega. Lisarežiimid võimaldavad sätete suuremat kohandamist.

Automaatne režiim

Automaatne režiimis tuvastab kaamera ümbritsevad tingimused ning autmaatselt reguleerib tegurid, mis on soodustavad säritust, kaasaarvatud katikukiirus, avaväärtus, mõõtmine, valgetasakaal ja särikompensatsioon. Kuna kaamera kontrollib enamikke funktsioone, on mõned pildistamisfunktsioonid piiratud. See režiim on kasulik kiirete ülesvõtete jäädvustamisel, koos võimalikult vähese korrigeerimisega.
