Tai visi fotoaparato užrakto greičio ir objektyvo diafragmos deriniai, suteikiantys vienodą ekspozicijos vertę.

Blykstė

Greita šviesa, kuri padeda sukurti tinkamą ekspoziciją prasto apšvietimo sąlygomis.

EV kompensavimas

Ši funkcija leidžia greitai pakoreguoti fotoaparato išmatuotą ekspozicijos vertę nustatytais žingsniais, siekiant pagerinti nuotraukų ekspoziciją.

„Exif“ (keičiamas vaizdo failų formatas)

Ši charakteristika apibrėžia vaizdo failų formatą skaitmeniniams fotoaparatams, kuriuos sukūrė„Japan Electronics“ ir Informacinių technologijų pramonės asociacija (JEIDA).

Ekspozicija

Tai šviesos kiekis, galintis pasiekti fotoaparato jutiklį. Ekspoziciją galima valdyti keičiant užrakto greitį, diafragmos vertę ir ISO jautrį.

Židinio nuotolis

Atstumas nuo objektyvo vidurio iki jo židinio taško (milimetrais). Kuo didesnis židinio nuotolis, tuo siauresni regėjimo kampai ir tuo daugiau padidinamas fotografuojamas objektas. Kuo trumpesnis židinio ilgis, tuo platesni regėjimo kampai.

Histograma

Grafinis vaizdo ryškumo atvaizdavimas. Horizontali ašis atspindi ryškumą, o vertikali ašis – pikselių skaičių. Aukšti taškai kairėje (per tamsu) ir dešinėje (per šviesu) histogramos pusėje reiškia, kad nuotraukos ekspozicija netinkama.

H.264/MPEG-4

Labai suglaudintas vaizdo formatas, nustatytas tarptautinės standartizavimo organizacijos ISO-IEC ir ITU-T. Šis kodekas gali užtikrinti gerą vaizdo kokybę, esant mažai bitų perdavimo spartai, sukurtai„Joint Video Team“ (JVT).
