Prima di contattare il servizio post vendita

Per acquisire familiarità con un nuovo apparecchio, è necessario un breve periodo di sperimentazione. Se si riscontra uno tra i problemi elencati di seguito, tentare di risolverlo attraverso la soluzione proposta, per evitare perdite di tempo e chiamate non necessarie al supporto tecnico.

• Il cavo di alimentazione non è inserito correttamente in una presa di

 

corrente o la presa non è alimentata.

Il sistema non funziona

• Le batterie del telecomando devono essere sostituite o la polarità non

 

è stata rispettata.

 

• Non è stato premuto il pulsante On/Standby.

 

• Il volume è stato impostato al minimo.

 

• Non è stata selezionata la funzione corretta (TUNER, CD, AUX).

Assenza di audio

• All'apparecchio sono state collegate le cuffiette.

• I cavi del diffusore non sono collegati.

 

 

• È stato premuto il pulsante Mute.

Il timer non funziona

• Il timer è stato arrestato premendo Timer On/Off.

Quando il problema persiste

• Premere il pulsante Mode per 5 secondi con l'apparecchio in

modalità "OFF" (Standby), quindi ritornare alla posizione originale

nonostante i precedenti controlli

(RESET).

 

 

• Non è stata selezionata la funzione CD.

 

• Il disco è stato inserito al contrario oppure è sporco o graffiato.

Il lettore compact disc non si avvia

• Il sensore laser è sporco o impolverato.

• Il sistema non è stato collocato sopra una superficie piana ed

 

orizzontale.

 

• Si è formata della condensa all'interno del lettore; lasciare

 

l'apparecchio in un locale caldo ed arieggiato per almeno un'ora.

 

• Non è stata selezionata la funzione TUNER.

La ricezione è debole oppure non

• La frequenza radio non è stata selezionata correttamente.

• L'antenna non è collegata o non è orientata correttamente.
