Smälta smör

Lägg 50 g smör i en liten, djup glasskål. Täck med plastlocket.

Värm upp under 30-40 sekunder på 900W tills smöret smält.

Smälta choklad

Lägg 100 g choklad i en liten, djup glasskål.

Värm i 3-5 minuter på 450W.

Rör om en eller två gånger under smältningen.

Smälta kristalliserad honung

Lägg 20 g av honungen i en liten, djup glasskål.

Värm under 20-30 sekunder på 300W.

Smälta gelatin

Blötlägg gelatinbladen (10 g) i kallt vatten under fem minuter.

Lägg de avrunna bladen i en liten, ugnsfast glasskål.

Värm under en minut på 300W.

Rör om efter smältningen.

Göra glasyr

Blanda glasyrmix (cirka 14 g) med 40 g socker och 2,5 dl kallt vatten.

Tillaga utan lock i en ugnsfast glasskål på 900W tills dess att glasyren är genomskinlig. Rör om ett par gånger under tillagningen.

Koka sylt

Lägg 600 gram frukt (t ex blandade bär) i en ugnsfast glasskål av lämplig storlek. Tillsätt 300 g konserveringssocker och rör om noga.

Koka med lock på 900W under 10-12 minuter. Rör om flera gånger under tillagningen.

Häll upp direkt i syltburkar med skruvlock.

Låt stå utan lock i fem minuter.

Cooking Pudding

Mix pudding powder with sugar and milk (500 ml) by following the manufacturers instructions and stir well. Use a suitable sized glass Pyrex bowl with lid.

Cook covered for 6½ to 7½ minutes using 900 W. Stir several times during cooking.

Rosta mandel

Sprid ut 30 g skivade mandlar på en medelstor porslinstallrik.

Värm på 600W under 3,5 till 4,5 minuter, rör om flera gånger.

Låt stå och vila under 2-3 minuter i ugnen.
