To install the SIM or USIM card and battery,

If the device is on, press and hold [] and select Yes to turn it off.

Remove the back cover.

Be careful not to damage your fingernails when you remove the back cover.

3 Insert the SIM or USIM card with the gold-coloured contacts facing down.

Your device has two SIM card slots to allow you to use two SIM or USIM cards, and switch between them. Use the upper slot for your primary, or most frequently used, SIM or USIM card. Use the bottom slot for a secondary SIM or USIM card. ► p. 28

Remove the SIM card from the upper slot first. Removing the SIM card from the bottom slot first may damage your SIM card.
