3	On the World Clock tab, tap New.
4	Tap	to open a list of cities.

Tap Name or Time to sort the list by name or timezone.

5 Tap a city.

6 Tap Done.

7 Tap Set as Home Clock to reset the time zone (if necessary). 8 Tap Done.

Use the stopwatch

1 Tap Start or press the Menu key.

2 On the My Menu screen, tap Clock.

3 On the Stop watch tab, tap Start.

4 Tap Lap to record lap times.

5 When you are finished, tap Stop.

6 Tap Reset to clear the recorded times.
