Find the active network connection

The icons at the top of the display will show active connections. Tap any connectivity icon to view the active connection. A small window will display the connection information.

Wi-Fi and data connections can be active at the same time. When both connections are active, the device will use Wi-Fi as the default internet connection.

Use Internet Sharing

Set your device to be used as a wireless modem.

1 Connect your device to another device or computer via the USB port or Bluetooth.

Tap Start or press the Menu key.

On the Internet screen, tap Internet Sharing.

Select the PC connection and network connection types. Tap Connect to activate the internet connect.
