1 In Menu mode, select Office.

2 Scroll to documents.

3 Select → Word or select a template under templates. To view and edit a document, select a Word file from the file list.

4 Create or edit your document.

●● To move to another paragraph, select → a paragraph.

●● To add a comment to text, highlight the text and select

●● To edit the document, select . This option is available only when you save a document.

●● To send the file to others, select → share...

●● To zoom in or out, place your two fingers on the screen and slowly pinch or spread apart.

5 When you are finished, select → save as...

If you edited the document, select save.

6 Enter a name for the document, select a memory location, and then select save.
