5 Set a region or country corresponding to the display language, time zone, and time and
date, and then tap
next .
If the country or region setting does not match the display language, the regional
format is set to the factory default value. This will affect the time and date formats
and in some applications, data or contents will be modified. Therefore, when the
country or region is set differently from the display language, set the regional format
as needed. (p. 71)
6 Tap
create one to sign up for a Microsoft account, or tap sign in , and then follow the on-
screen instructions.
7 After installing applications is finished, tap
done to complete the device setup.
