You can use the buttons or the touch screen when you make, accept, end, or reject calls.

●● To prevent accidental inputs, the proximity sensor automatically locks the touch screen when you hold the device near your face. ► p. 155

●● Static electricity discharged from your body or clothing may interfere with the proximity sensor during a call.

Make a call

1 In Idle mode, open the application list and select Phone

→Keypad, and then enter an area code and a phone number.

2 Select to make a voice call. To make a video call, select .

3 To end the call, select End call.

●● To access the call log and redial numbers you have called recently, select Phone → Logs.
