Si vous oubliez votre mot de passe, modèle ou code PIN de déverrouillage d'écran, confiez l’appareil à un centre de service après-vente Samsung pour le réinitialiser.

Depuis la liste des applications, appuyez sur Param. → Ecran de verrouillage → Déverrouillage de l’écran → Déverrouillage visage.

Appuyez sur Suivant → Configurer → Continuer.

Placez votre visage dans la zone dédiée.

Une fois la prise de vue correctement effectuée, appuyez sur Continuer.

Terminez la configuration en définissant un code PIN ou un modèle de déverrouillage de secours.

Depuis la liste des applications, appuyez sur Param. → Ecran de verrouillage → Déverrouillage de l’écran → Modèle.

Prenez connaissance des instructions à l’écran et des exemples de modèles, puis appuyez sur Suivant.

Dessinez un modèle pour relier au moins 4 points et appuyez

sur Continuer.
