Als de HDMI-uitvoer is ingesteld op een resolutie die niet door de tv wordt ondersteund (bijvoorbeeld 1080p), wordt er mogelijk geen beeld weergegeven.

•Houdt de knop 5 op het voorpaneel ten minste 5 seconden ingedrukt zonder schijf in het apparaat. Alle instellingen worden teruggezet naar de fabrieksinstellingen.

Geen HDMI-uitvoer.

• Controleer de aansluiting tussen de tv en de HDMI-aansluiting van het apparaat.

BD-LIVE

De thuisbioscoop kan geen verbinding maken met de BD-LIVE-server

•Controleer met de functie Netwerkstatus of er een netwerkverbinding tot stand is gebracht.

•Controleer of het USB-geheugen is aangesloten op het product.

•Het geheugenapparaat moet ten minste 1 GB vrije ruimte bieden om de BD-LIVE- service te kunnen ondersteunen. U kunt in BD-gegevensbeheer de beschikbare ruimte controleren (zie pagina 40).

•Controleer of de optie BD-Live internet verbinding is ingesteld op Toestaan(iedereen).

•Als alle bovenstaande maatregelen het probleem niet verhelpen, neemt u contact op met de aanbieder van de inhoud of werkt u de firmware bij tot de meest recente versie.

Bij het gebruik van de BD- LIVE-service treedt er een fout op.

•Het USB-geheugenapparaat moet ten minste 1 GB vrije ruimte bieden om de BD-LIVE-service te kunnen ondersteunen. U kunt in BD-gegevensbeheer de beschikbare ruimte controleren (zie pagina 40).

✎Nadat de fabrieksinstellingen zijn teruggezet, zijn alle BD-gegevens van de gebruiker gewist.
