Fjernbetjeningen fungerer ikke.

Er batteri tomme?

➮Udskift batteri.

Er afstanden mellem fjernbetjeningen og Soundbar- hovedenheden for stor?

➮Placer fjernbetjeningen tættere på Soundbar- hovedenheden.

TV SoundConnect (TV-parring) mislykkedes.

Understøtter dit TV TV SoundConnect?

➮TV SoundConnect understøttes af visse Samsung- TV’er lanceret efter 2012. Tjek dit TV for at se, om dit TV understøtter

TV SoundConnect.

Har TV’et den nyeste firmwareversion?

➮Opdater dit TV med den nyeste firmware. Opstår der en fejl ved tilslutning?

➮Kontakt Samsungs callcenter.

➮Nulstil TV SoundConnect, og opret forbindelse igen. Du kan nulstille TV SoundConnect- forbindelsen ved at trykke og holde nede på knappen & i 5 sekunder.

Den røde LED på subwooferen blinker, og subwooferen udsender ingen lyd.

Dette problem kan forekomme, hvis subwooferen ikke er tilsluttet til Soundbar-hovedenheden.
