Dříve, než se obrátíte na servis, zkontrolujte níže uvedené.

Přístroj se nezapne.

• Je napájecí kabel zapojen do zásuvky?

¼¼Zapojte zástrčku napájecího kabelu do zásuvky.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Přístroj nereaguje na stisknutí tlačítka.

 

 

• Je ve vzduchu statická elektřina?

¼¼Odpojte napájecí kabel a opět jej zapojte.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Není slyšet zvuk.

 

 

• Je funkce ztlumení zvuku zapnutá?

(Ztlumení) vypněte tuto funkci.

• Je hlasitost nastavena na minimum?

¼Stiskem tlačítka

¼Zvyšte hlasitost.

 

 

 

 

Dálkové ovládání nefunguje.

 

 

• Jsou baterie vybité?

¼¼Vyměňte baterie za nové.

• Je vzdálenost mezi dálkovým ovládáním a hlavní

¼¼Funkci TV SoundConnect podporují některé televizory Samsung uvedené na trh po roce 2012. Zkontrolujte, zda váš televizor podporuje funkci TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Aktualizujte firmware televizoru na nejnovější verzi.

¼¼Obraťte se na středisko podpory Samsung. ¼¼Stiskem a přidržením tlačítka pna 5 sekund

resetujete spojení TV SoundConnect.

Červená kontrolka na subwooferu bliká a subwoofer nereprodukuje zvuk.

• Subwoofer možná není připojen ke hlavnímu přístroji. ¼¼Pokuste se připojit subwoofer znovu. (Viz strana 14)
