Spoločnosť Samsung môže poskytnúť aktualizáciu firmvéru zariadenia Soundbar.

Ak je k dispozícii aktualizácia, firmvér môžete aktualizovať pripojením pamäťového zariadenia, na ktorom je uložená aktualizácia firmvéru, k portu USB zariadenia Soundbar.

Upozorňujeme, že ak existuje viacero aktualizačných súborov, musíte ich do pamäťového zariadenia nahrať po jednom a na aktualizáciu firmvéru použiť vždy len jeden súbor.

Navštívte stránku Samsung.com alebo sa obráťte na linku podpory spoločnosti Samsung, aby ste získali viac informácií o preberaní aktualizovaných súborov.

POSTUP PRI AKTUALIZÁCII

1.Adaptérový kábel Micro USB – USB so zástrčkou Micro USB rozhrania USB 2.0 (typ B) na jednom konci a štandardnou zásuvkou rozhrania USB 2.0 (typ A) na druhom konci pripojte ku konektoru Micro USB na zariadení Soundbar.

●● Adaptérový kábel Micro USB – USB sa predáva samostatne. V prípade záujmu o zakúpenie sa obráťte na servisné stredisko spoločnosti Samsung alebo na stredisko starostlivosti o zákazníkov spoločnosti Samsung.

2.Pomocou týchto krokov prevezmite softvér výrobku:

Prejdite na webovú lokalitu spoločnosti Samsung (samsung.com/sec) vyhľadajte názov modelu – vyberte možnosť pre zákaznícku podporu (názov možnosti sa môže zmeniť)

3.Prevzatý softvér uložte do pamäťového zariadenia USB a výberom možnosti „Rozbaliť sem“ rozbaľte daný priečinok.

4.Vypnite zariadenie Soundbar a pripojte pamäťové zariadenie s aktualizáciou softvéru k portu so zásuvkou na adaptérovom kábli Micro USB.

5.Zapnite zariadenie Soundbar. Do 3 minút sa zobrazí položka UPDATE a spustí sa aktualizácia.

6.Po dokončení sa vypne napájanie zariadenia Soundbar. V tomto stave stlačte na 5 sekúnd tlačidlo pna diaľkovom ovládaní.

●● Tento produkt ponúka funkciu DUAL BOOT. Ak zlyhá aktualizácia firmvéru, môžete ho aktualizovať znova.
