Preden se obrnete na servis, preverite naslednje.

Naprava se ne vključi.

•Ali je napajalni kabel vključen v električno vtičnico?

¼¼Priključite napajalni kabel v vtičnico.

Funkcija ne deluje, če pritisnem gumb.

•Ali je v zraku statična elektrika?

¼¼Izklopite napajalni kabel in ga ponovno vklopite.

Ni zvoka.

•Ali je funkcija za izklop zvoka vklopljena?

•Ali je glasnost nastavljena na minimum?

¼¼Pritisnite gumb (Izklop zvoka), da prekličete funkcijo.

¼¼Povečajte glasnost z gumbom.

Daljinski upravljalnik ne deluje.

•Ali so baterije prazne?

•Ali je razdalja med daljinskim upravljalnikom in glavno enoto prevelika?

¼¼Namestite nove baterije. ¼¼Približajte se enoti.

Funkcija TV SoundConnect (TV-seznanjanje) ni uspela.

•Ali vaš televizor podpira funkcijo TV SoundConnect?

•Ali je različica vdelane programske opreme vašega televizorja najnovejša?

•Ali pri povezavi pride do napake?

¼¼TV SoundConnect podpirajo nekateri televizorji Samsung, ki so se začeli prodajati po letu 2012. Preverite, ali vaš televizor podpira funkcijo

TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Posodobite televizor z najnovejšo vdelano programsko opremo.

¼¼Obrnite se na Samsungov klicni center.

¼¼Ponastavite povezavo TV SoundConnect in znova povežite. Za ponastavitev povezave

TV SoundConnect pridržite gumb pza 5 sekund.

Rdeča lučka LED na nizkotonskem zvočniku utripa in nizkotonski zvočnik ne predvaja zvoka.

•Nizkotonski zvočnik morda ni povezan z glavno enoto izdelka.

¼¼Znova vzpostavite povezavo z nizkotonskim zvočnikom. (Glejte 16 stran.)

Bluetooth ali aplikacija Multiroom zvočnika Soundbar ne vklopita.

•Preverite, ali je možnost Omrežje v pripravljenosti nastavljena na IZKLOP.

¼¼Če je, funkciji BT in Wi-Fi v stanju izklopa nista dovoljeni. Gumb ]pridržite 5 sekund, da vklopite funkcijo Omrežje v pripravljenosti.
