Преди да поискате сервизно обслужване, проверете следното.

Устройството не се включва.

•Включен ли е захранващият кабел в контакта?

¼¼Включете щепсела за захранване в контакта.

Дадена функция не работи, когато бъде натиснат бутонът.

•Има ли статично електричество във въздуха?

¼¼Извадете и отново включете щепсела.

Не се чува звук.

•Функцията за заглушаване включена ли е?

•Дали не е зададено минимално ниво на звука?

¼¼Натиснете бутона (Заглушаване), за да отмените функцията.

¼¼Увеличете силата на звука.

Дистанционното не работи.

•Батериите изтощени ли са?

•Не е ли твърде голямо разстоянието между дистанционното управление и основното устройство?

¼¼Сменете ги с нови батерии.

¼¼Преместете се по-близко до уреда.

Неуспешно TV SoundConnect (ТВ сдвояване).

•Вашият телевизор поддържа ли TV SoundConnect?

•Фърмуерът на телевизора от най-новата версия ли е?

•Не е ли възникнала грешка във връзката?

¼¼TV SoundConnect се поддържа от някои телевизори на Samsung, пуснати на пазара след 2012 г. Проверете дали вашият телевизор поддържа TV SoundConnect.

¼¼Актуализирайте телевизора си с най-новия фърмуер.

¼¼Свържете се с центъра за обслужване на Samsung. ¼¼Нулирайте TV SoundConnect и свържете отново.

За да нулирате свързването на TV SoundConnect, натиснете и задръжте 5 секунди бутона p.

Червеният светодиод на събуфъра мига и събуфърът не издава звук.

•Събуфърът може да не е свързан към корпуса на продукта.

¼¼Опитайте да свържете отново събуфъра. (Вж. стр. 16)

Soundbar се включва с Bluetooth или с приложението Multiroom.

• Проверете дали опцията Мрежа в изчакване е с	¼¼Ако е вярно, функциите BT и Wifi не са разрешени
настройка ИЗКЛ..	в състояние на изключено захранване. Натиснете
	и задръжте бутона ]за 5 секунди, за да
	превключите Мрежа в изчакване към състояние на
	включено захранване.
