2.4.8 Fenêtre Password

Cette option est disponible dans le programme Management console.

La page Password vous permet de mettre à jour le mot de passe d'administration locale du périphérique. Il peut contenir 20 caractères au maximum. Sur certains périphériques PCoIP, la protection par mot de passe est désactivée par défaut. La page Password n'est alors pas disponible sur ces périphériques. Vous pouvez activer la protection par mot de passe via la PCoIP Management Console sur ces périphériques.

Ce paramètre a une incidence sur l'interface Web d'administration et l'interface utilisateur graphique de l'OSD.

Si vous décidez de mettre à jour le mot de passe du client, ne l'oubliez pas car le client deviendrait inutilisable.

Old Password

Vous devez saisir dans ce champ le mot de passe d'administration actuel avant de pouvoir mettre à jour le mot de passe.

New Password

Il s'agit du nouveau mot de passe d'administration de l'interface Web d'administration et de l'interface utilisateur graphique de l'OSD.

Confirm New Password

Pour permettre la mise à jour du mot de passe, la valeur saisie dans ce champ doit être identique à celle du champ New Password.

Reset

En cas de perte du mot de passe du client, vous pouvez cliquez sur le bouton Reset pour solliciter un code de réponse auprès du fournisseur du client. Le code challenge est envoyé au fournisseur. Le fournisseur évalue la demande et renvoie un code de réponse, si autorisé par Teradici.

Suite à la saisie correcte du code de réponse, le mot de passe du client est défini sur une valeur vide. Vous devez alors saisir un nouveau mot de passe.

Pour plus d'informations sur la réinitialisation d'un mot de passe autorisé, contactez le fournisseur du client. Cette option n'est pas disponible dans l'interface Web d'administration, mais uniquement via l'OSD.
