2.4.8 Vinduet Password

Denne valgmulighed er tilgængelig via programmet Management console.

På siden Password er det muligt at opdatere enhedens lokale administratoradgangskode. Adgangskoden må maksimalt bestå af 20 tegn. På visse PCoIP-enheder er adgangskodebeskyttelse deaktiveret som standard. Siden Password er ikke tilgængelig på disse enheder. På disse enheder kan adgangskodebeskyttelse kan aktiveres via PCoIP Management Console.

Vær forsigtig ved opdatering af klientens adgangskode, da klienten ikke kan anvendes, hvis adgangskoden mistes.

Old Password

Dette felt skal stemme overens med det aktuelle administratoradgangskode, før adgangskoden kan opdateres.

New Password

Det nye administratoradgangskode for både administrationsgrænsefladen og den lokale OSD GUI. Confirm New Password

Dette felt skal stemme overens med feltet New Password for den adgangskode, der skal opdateres.

Reset

Hvis klientens adgangskode mistes, er det muligt at anmode om en responskode fra producenten af klienten ved at klikke på knappen Reset. Koden til adgangskodeafprøvelse sendes til producenten. Producenten kvalificerer anmodningen og returnerer en responskode, hvis det er godkendt af Teradici.

Når responskoden indtastes korrekt, indstilles klientens adgangskode til en tom værdi. Der skal angives en ny adgangskode.

Kontakt klientens producent for at få flere oplysninger om, hvornår nulstilling af en autoriseret adgangskode er påkrævet. Denne valgmulighed er ikke tilgængelig fra administrationsgrænsefladen. Den er kun tilgængelig via OSD.
