Please check the following before requesting
A BLANK SCREEN APPEARS / I CANNOT TURN THE PRODUCT ON.
Is the product properly connected to the PSE device? | The product operates only when connected to a device that |
| supports a CISCO 60W PoE. |

Is the <Check Signal Cable> message displayed on the | Check the cable connecting the PC and the product. |
